How did you end up becoming a PT?

I initially trained in professional dance and musical theatre, going to the gym more consistently during my training. It did wonders for my body confidence and I wanted to help others do the same.

What kind of training do you offer?

I predominantly offer weight/resistance training and functional training.

Where are you based?

I am largely based at PureGym, Eldon Garden in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne city centre for face-to-face Personal Training, but also offer 1-1 training in a private gym in Gateshead on a case-by-case basis. I also offer Online Coaching.

Is your training beginnger friendly?

Yes! I train people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

When would sessions take place?

My timetable is subject to change, however, the majority of sessions take place through the week at different times of day.
